How FACE works
Six honest questions. A wider view.
An ordinary week can tell you a lot. FACE asks you to notice the choices, signals, and patterns inside yours.
The six dimensions
- Self-Trust
- Your own read on your life.
- Role vs. Self
- Roles worn vs. self underneath.
- Values Alignment
- Life matching what matters.
- Body & Energy
- Signals noticed, not overridden.
- Boundaries
- Saying no without guilt.
- Aliveness & Joy
- Delight in an ordinary week.
Answer for your life right now
Each question offers four responses. Pick the one that feels closest, even if none describes you perfectly. You can go back and change your answers before submitting.
What your scores mean
Responses map to scores of 1, 2, 4, or 5. Your overall alignment score is the average of all six. Higher scores suggest an area that is already supporting you; lower scores suggest a place to pay attention.
An average of at least 4.1 returns The Builder. Otherwise, your lowest dimension guides your archetype: Self-Trust points to The Performer; Boundaries to The Caretaker; Body & Energy or Aliveness & Joy to The Ghost; Role vs. Self or Values Alignment to The Awakener.
When lowest scores tie, the order is Self-Trust, Role vs. Self, Values Alignment, Body & Energy, Boundaries, then Aliveness & Joy. This makes the result consistent, not more definitive.
