This notice describes how information is used in the FACE assessment and contact experience.
What the assessment collects
When you submit FACE, the service receives your email address, your six answers, and a random submission identifier. It saves your assessment with its scores, archetype, version, and creation time so your result can be retrieved.
Your private result link
Your result is accessed using a private token. The browser keeps that token in the link fragment and, when available, in session storage. Your email and answers are not placed in the URL. Anyone with the complete private link may be able to read your result, so keep it private.
How we use GoHighLevel
We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage FACE contacts and assessment records. On submission, we send your email, six dimension scores, overall score, archetype, assessment version, completion time, and submission identifier to our GHL account. We also add FACE assessment tags. Your private result access token is not sent to GHL.
Browser preferences and usage events
Your appearance preference is stored in your browser. First-party events record assessment stages, a random session identifier, and question numbers. These event payloads do not contain your email or answers. No third-party analytics tracker is added to this experience.
Email and booking
After your assessment is saved, your report is queued for email to the address you provide through our email service. Email service acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Submitting the assessment does not grant marketing consent. If a booking service is linked, it has its own privacy practices.
Contact requests
The contact form saves your name, email address, message, and a random submission identifier, then queues an email notification to isolifecoaching@gmail.com so we can respond to your request. A contact request does not reserve an appointment. Please avoid including sensitive information.
Privacy questions and retention
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or details about retention before you participate, email isolifecoaching@gmail.com. A specific retention period is not stated in this notice.
